Directions: From I-75 at Hwy. 40 (Exit 352), go west 1 mile. Auction will be on
the right.

Reason for Auction: Citrus County Sheriff, Marion County Board of County
Commissioners, St Johns River Water Management District, City of
Gainesville, Area Banks, Credit Company's, and Others have
commissioned Weeks Auction to liquidate these items at Public Auction
Inspection: One week prior to auction, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday
through Thursday.

Registration: Anyone wishing to bid on items in the auction must register
and obtain a bidders card. Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bid of
anyone who is not a registered bidder.

Terms & Conditions: Payment cash or cashier's check. All Wire Transfers,
Personal and Company Checks must have a bank letter of reference,
unless prior arrangements have been made. All checks must be made
payable to Weeks Auction Co., Inc. No bank drafts will be accepted.

Warranty: All information contained herein is true and correct to the best of
our knowledge, but is in no way guaranteed as to the accuracy of
description made. Each item will be sold as-is, where-is, without warranty
as to usefulness or merchantability. This brochure is furnished as a guide
only. All announcements made on the day of the sale supersede all

Sales Tax: All purchases are subject to Florida sales tax unless you have a
sales tax exemption. A sales tax certificate must be executed on sale day;
failure to provide a certificate will require the payment of sales tax on all
purchases.
