Directions: Auction is located on the north side of Clewiston. Turn south off U.S. 27 onto San Luiz Ave. (beside Sonny's Restaurant). Auction is at the end of San Luiz. Watch for auction signs! Reason for Auction: Weeks Auction Company, Inc. has been commissioned to sell equipment from United States Sugar Corp. and others.

Inspection: One week prior to auction, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday Removal: All purchases must be removed no later than Thursday, March 8, 2012. Registration: Anyone wishing to bid on items in the auction must register and obtain a bidders card. Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bid of anyone who is not a registered bidder.

Terms & Conditions: Payment cash or cashier's check. All Wire Transfers, Personal and Company Checks must have a bank letter of reference, unless prior arrangements have been made. All checks must be made payable to Weeks Auction Co., Inc. No bank drafts will be accepted. Sales Tax: All purchases are subject to Florida sales tax unless you have a sales tax exemption. A sales tax certificate must be presented on sale day; failure to provide a certificate will require the payment of sales tax on all purchases. Buyers Premium: A 2% administrative fee with a $250 Cap per item will be charged to all purchases.
